Requirement :

- Fluent in English (1 – 24)
- Able to read and comprehend blue prints, site plans, and topographical drawings (1)
- Familiar with construction/development standards and practices (1)
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations (12)
- Has experience in real estate sales and investments (8, 14)
- Able to do WordPress fronted and backend development, including WooCommerce, Web Server management, Website performance, Skilled with custom js/css/html, Google Analytics setup (19 – 21)
- Knowledge of Php, MySQL, Linux, Apache, Javascript, JQuery, Restful, APIs (19)
- Experience with git/bitbucket and a CI/CD environment (20, 21)
- Proficient in Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects, motion graphics (22)
